Mom’s Corn Casserole

This is a great and easy side dish for any holiday meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar

Method:

  • Mix together
  • Bake at 350′ for 45 minutes until golden brown
  • Add cheese and bake 5 – 10 minutes until cheese melts
