Chimichurri Sauce

This is a yummy sauce that goes well with fish, chicken, or in my case, black beans and rice.

Ingredients:

1 cup Fresh parsley
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
2 Cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper

Method:

Blend in food processor and chill for two hours.
